Apex Auctioneers (M) Sdn Bhd (Apex) is incorporated on 15.9.2023 and it is formed by 2 prominent and experienced auctioneers, Chandra A/L N.Krishnan (Chandra) and K. Sevakumar Kanapathy (Siva). Chandra and Siva have been in the auction industry for nearly 25 years with both having their own auctioneer’s firm at present before the joint venture of Apex.

Chandra started his practice as an auctioneer in the year of 1999 and have vast experience as a real estate auctioneer throughout the years. Chandra is currently sitting as a treasurer in the Majlis Pelelong Malaysia. During his profession as an auctioneer, Chandra had conducted public auctions at Land Offices, High Courts and for Financial Institutions, mainly LACA cases. The reason Chandra had engaged into real estate related auction is because he had also practiced as an real estate agent before at Idaman Realty Kuala Lumpur. Using his previous experience and network as an real estate agent, Chandra had venture into the real estate auction field and had assist the Financial Institution to sell the auction units. Chandra currently is in possession of 5 States’ licenses, ie Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus and Melaka.

Siva also started his practice as an auctioneer in the year of 1999. Same like Chandra, Siva have plenty of experience in the auction market. He has conducted public auctions at Land offices, Courts and in relation to LACA matters, the Financial Institution. Siva is currently the secretary for Majlis Pelelong Malaysia, Persatuan Pelelong-Pelelong Negeri Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan, Persatuan Pelelong India Malaysia and the treasurer of Persatuan Negeri Sembilan. Siva is holding 10 States’ licenses, ie Wilayah Perseketuan Kuala Lumpur, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Perak Darul Ridzuan, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Melaka, Pulau Pinang Pahang Darul Makmur, Kelantan Darul Naim , Terengganu Darul Iman and Johor Darul Takzim.
